By using this App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
📷 Camera & Face Data
The App uses your device camera to capture facial images for attendance verification (check-in and check-out). This is a core feature of the App.
- Facial images are captured using the front-facing camera
- Face images are stored locally on your device only
- No facial data is transmitted to any external server
- No facial recognition model or biometric template is uploaded to the cloud
- Face images are used solely to verify your identity during attendance marking
📍 Location Data
The App collects your GPS location at the time of check-in to record your attendance location.
- Location is collected only when you press Check In
- Location data (latitude/longitude) is stored locally in the app's database on your device
- Location data is not shared with third parties
- We do not track your location in the background
👤 Personal Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Full Name
- Email Address (verified via OTP)
- Mobile Number
- Gender
- Password (stored locally in encrypted database)
This information is stored in a local SQLite database on your device and is used only to manage your account within the App.
🌐 Network Requests
The App makes network requests only for the following purposes:
- Sending OTP for email verification during signup
- Validating OTP during password reset
These requests are made to our internal company server. Your email address is sent to this server only for OTP delivery. No other personal data is transmitted.
🗄️ Data Storage
All app data is stored locally on your device:
- Attendance records are stored in a local SQLite database
- User account information is stored in a local SQLite database
- Face images are stored in the app's private documents directory
- Login preferences (Remember Me) are stored in SharedPreferences
We do not operate cloud servers that store your personal or attendance data.
🔒 Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information:
- All data is stored in the app's private storage, inaccessible to other apps
- Face images are stored in the app's sandboxed documents directory
- The app does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs
- No data is sold or shared with advertisers
🧒 Children's Privacy
This App is intended for use by employees and adults in a workplace setting. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
🔄 Your Rights
Since all data is stored on your device, you have full control:
- You can delete your account data by uninstalling the App
- You can clear the registered face by uninstalling and reinstalling the App
- You can revoke camera or location permissions at any time via device Settings

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
